Dr. Vijay and Shuly had the same vision from the Lord about starting a weekly bible study that would also serve as an intercessory prayer meeting. On September 21, 2023, six individuals (Dr. Vijay and Shuly, their two children, their parents, two non-believing neighbors, and two other Christian neighbors) gathered in their living room to begin the first of what would become regular prayer gatherings. Very soon, the news about the “One Hour Bible Study & Intercessory Prayer Meet” every Wednesday spread across the neighborhood, that the prayers offered there are being answered and non-christian neighbors have started coming to the prayer meet with their prayer requests and gracefully every supplication and intercessory prayers were being

Prayer points of APF
The Lord has been so faithful in answering every prayer request over the past year, and we continue to wait upon the Lord with fervent prayers to fulfill the church’s requirements and achieve what we intend to achieve in the coming years. The following are the prayer points for the years 2024-25.
- To Conduct four outreach ministry trips per year (two local and two non-local)
- To Conduct four Free medical camps this year, 500+ beneficiaries, 100+ Free spectacles, 50 Free eye Surgereis
- To Enhance the support of pastors and missionaries from 2 families to 4 families
- To Education scholarships to 30 poor students.
- To reach 50 children, strength in the Sunday school.
- To empower 50+ pastors through seminars
- To procure one transport vehicle for outreach
- To enhance the audio-visual units at the Church
- To strengthen the media & social media production unit
- To obtain 80G and 12 AA status for Income Tax exemptions for donations
